Gratitude

Gratitude... I was listening to President Monson's most recent conference talk on gratitude and decided I need to make myself a notebook where I write down my gratitude daily, it will help me... just gotta drag my lazy butt to do it. So here it goes today (not in my notebook, I know... I'll get myself to do that later). I am grateful for my husband who got up and got Ethan breakfast this morning becuase I had to take some major drugs last night to help me sleep and was too groggy to get myself up right away this morning. I'm grateful to have made it to sacrament meeting today, even though we were so late we missed the passing of the sacrament, and we spent the entire time in the foyer, I'm just glad we made it and I was able to listen to the nice talks given and a beautiful piano piece that was played. I'm also grateful that I got to wear my cute new shoes today... hope that doesn't make me sound shallow, but i was just so excited because it hasn't snowed in a while, so the sidewalks were dry enough that I wore my pretty lacy shoes, though I forgot how bad the church parking lot still is and almost killed myself going in and out of church. I'm grateful for a hubby who walked me carefully in and out of church today so I didn't slip and kill myself. Now I'm grateful to be home snuggled in my bed while Ethan sleeps and I'm going to bed while he's napping.
